Fleet department specialist

• Perform or coordinate regular maintenance (tire & oil changes, inspections) and handle unexpected repairs to minimize downtime.
• Vendor and Shop Coordination: Work with external repair shops and parts suppliers, negotiate pricing and ensure timely service from vendors.
• Provide support for vehicles that break down on the road, coordinate mobile mechanics or towing services as needed.
• Data Entry and System Updates: Maintain accurate records, including service history and invoice tracking.
