Manages distributor orders based on demand and payment history forwards to HQ for processing

Monitors competitor activity (products, promotions, pricing) and reports to HQ

Prepares monthly sales forecasts in coordination with local functions

Participates in marketing and sales planning, including samples and rebates

Ensures product availability, adjusts sales planning, and identifies potential shortages

Controls payments, minimizes overdue receivables

Supports commercial terms development and client incentive programs.

Monitors distributor stock levels, proposes corrective actions to avoid shortages/write-offs

Maintains regular contact with distributors and resolves operational issues

Detects currency losses and suggests mitigation measures

Handles distributor complaints with alignment from local and HQ teams

Submits monthly commercial reports and sales data to regional HQ

Ensures compliance with laws and company policies

Participates in customer due diligence and regular compliance trainings.

Supports product recalls and ensures Good Distribution Practices

In consignment stock countries: aligns supply, monitors expiries, manages warehouse interface
- Higher education
- Experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek
