Senior Lawyer (Consulting)

Depending on the position, you are a great fit if you have:

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, general commercial advisory and/or project development/finance – with a strong focus on transactional work;

• Experience working with international clients and a motivation to grow in an international legal environment;

• Strong attention to detail, legal accuracy, and excellent communication skills;

• Fluency in English and Russian (Uzbek language skills would be an asset).

• Experience in additional areas such as PPP, energy, or financial regulation will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Full legal support of corporate and commercial projects;

• Supporting international transactions and participating in negotiations with clients and partners;

• Advising on corporate, contractual, and financial legal matters;

• Collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions to develop comprehensive legal solutions.
