Customer Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market development and client follow‑up for IT products and services to achieve sales targets.

  • Participate in sales negotiations and client communications to ensure smooth business progression.

  • Perform necessary translation between Chinese–Uzbek, Russian, or English–Uzbek, Russian (both spoken and written).

  • Assist with translation and localization of sales materials, technical documentation, contracts, and related materials.

  • Coordinate communication with the China headquarters and other international teams.

  • Take part in trade shows, product launches, and client visits.

  • Manage client records and provide after‑sales support.

Requirements:
  • Language Skills

    • Native‑level proficiency in Russian and Chinese (or English), with excellent spoken and written communication.

    • Prior experience in Chinese–Russian or Chinese–English bilingual translation is preferred.

  • Education

    • Associate degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Languages, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Sales Skills

    • Experience in sales or customer service.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stress‑management abilities.

    • Experience selling IT products or technical services is a plus.

  • Technical Aptitude

    • Basic understanding of IT products or technical services, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

    • Quick learner of new technologies and able to convey technical details accurately to clients.

  • Other Abilities

    • Proactive, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Willingness to travel or work overtime occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a Chinese or multinational corporation.

  • Proven track record of independently managing projects and negotiating successfully with clients.

  • Prior experience selling IT products or technical services.

  • Existing relationships with banking‑sector clients.
