Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the hotel's revenue growth goals.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
