Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for recruitment, including resumes screening, telephone communication, interview arrangement, hiring processes and so on.
- Be responsible for handling on-boarding, resignation, transfer and probation procedures.
- Be responsible for timesheet preparation, salary management and other relevant C&B work.
- Be responsible for other HR related work,
- Take in charge of local office's admin management work, including but not limited to stamp management, incoming and outgoing documents management and other daily office affairs.
- Take in charge of document management, taking in and releasing the documents, textual materials.
- Take in charge of handling work permit and visa for Chinese colleagues.
- Complete other work assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Human resources management, administration management or other related majors, bachelor degree or above.
- Have more than 5 years HR related work experience.
- Russian, Uzbek and English as working languages.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in overseas company is preferred.
