The Sales and Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing new business opportunities whilst assisting in the management of the Hotels Corporate / Leisure / MICE accounts along with responsibility for the overall management of the administration function of the Sales department.
Responsibilities:
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with corporate clients across the city/country/region.
Identifies business opportunities in Corporate & MICE segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Maintain an up-to-date account and contact database and special client needs to understand better the requirements of the clients.
Pro-actively seeks knowledge of industry developments and use it to enhance the skill set.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Development of offers suitable for clients and guests
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ Sales/Marketing experience- preferably in a hotel environment
Fluent in English, Uzbek, Russian and other languages
Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
Up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other office programs at upper intermediate level is required
