About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Update Manager to manage operational data processes. You will be responsible for tracking and updating information, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth workflows. If you have at least one year of relevant experience, fluency in both English and Russian, and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Monitor and update internal databases with real-time information
✔️ Ensure data accuracy by verifying and correcting information
✔️ Communicate with internal teams to facilitate timely updates
✔️ Identify and resolve discrepancies in records
✔️ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in data management
Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, non-remote environment
Experience in logistics or trucking (preferred but not required)
