Consultant in Energy (CON3)

• Support the acquisition and execution of consulting mandates by conducting research, data collection, and analysis, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, including energy market assessments, financial modeling, and regulatory research, providing essential insights for project teams.
• Assist in managing and coordinating projects in the energy domain, working on energy market analysis, energy mix optimization (generation, transmission, distribution, storage), and energy transition strategies. Work in project screening (business case), market studies, pre-feasibility / feasibility studies, due diligence and transaction advisor, lender’s advisory, asset management and optimization projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables, translating complex data into structured insights for internal and external stakeholders; provide the decision-making basis for internal and external mandates.
• Support business development activities by analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to proposal preparation.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with consultants, engineers, and subject-matter experts to deliver holistic solutions.
• Ensure smooth project execution by handling multiple workstreams, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a dynamic consulting environment
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting meetings, workshops, and discussions with well-structured insights and analysis.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings, tools, toolbox and methodologies, helping improve operational efficiency and consulting excellence.
• Actively participate in knowledge build-up, knowledge-sharing and team collaboration, ensuring a continuous learning environment and contributing to the effectiveness of the team

• Educational Background: MSc or equivalent degree in engineering, economics/finance, or a related field. MBA or PhD are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering, energy consulting, investment advisory, or management consulting with a focus on energy sector.
