An internationally accredited Cambridge school is looking for an Admissions Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct meetings with current and prospective clients to enroll students in the school and kindergarten.
  • Lead school tours for potential clients as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to implement sales, PR, and marketing strategies designed to attract new clients.
  • Organize and host external marketing events, including open days, to boost student enrollment.
  • Oversee the process of conducting assessments and interviews for new students.
  • Input client information into the database, maintain detailed sales records for each client, and determine appropriate discount rates in line with company policies, in coordination with management.
  • Promote brand recognition and enhance the school’s profile by actively participating in local events and community-driven projects.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales;
  • Language proficiency: Russian – fluent, Uzbek – fluent, English – at least upper-intermediate level and higher;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Working Conditions:
