We're a performance marketing agency with nearly $400k in ad spend, working with clients from the USA, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, and Lithuania. We’re seeking a proactive Community Manager to engage with our audience across various platforms, handling comments, direct messages, and online discussions.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and discussions

Provide detailed and accurate responses to user queries

Foster positive interactions and promptly resolve conflicts

Gather feedback and collaborate with marketing and support teams
Requirements:

English proficiency (B2-C1 level)

Work Schedule from (18:00 - 24:00) - (19:00 - 01:00)

Experience in community management, SMM, or customer support preferred

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
