Key Responsibilities:

✔️Work Schedule: 6-day workweek, 10:00-19:00 (work hard, earn more!).

✔️ Close high-value sales – handle complex deals and maximize revenue.

✔️ Consult with potential clients – assess their needs and recommend the best training programs.

✔️ Make outbound calls – follow up with leads and ensure smooth sales conversion.

✔️ Present and promote Trucking MBA courses – confidently communicate the value of our training.

✔️ Overcome objections – understand client concerns and provide compelling solutions.

✔️ Lead by example – support and mentor junior sales agents to help them improve their performance.

✔️ Maintain CRM records – ensure accurate tracking of all customer interactions.

✔️ Achieve and exceed sales targets – consistently deliver outstanding results.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ At least 2+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred).

✔️ Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.

✔️ Fluent in Uzbek (Russian is a plus).

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔️ Ability to mentor and support junior sales agents.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills – able to address client concerns effectively.

✔️ Tech-savvy – experience with CRM systems, email, and Excel.

✔️ Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
