We are looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and drive professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Deliver Training Programs:
• Develop effective training programs for employees at different levels.
• Conduct engaging workshops, webinars, and training sessions on topics such as product knowledge, soft skills, technical skills, and company policies; - Assess Training Needs:
• Identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with department heads to determine training priorities; - Create Training Materials:
• Develop and update manuals, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Ensure all training materials are relevant and aligned with company goals; - Support Onboarding:
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new employees receive a comprehensive introduction to company culture, policies, and job-specific training; - Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
• Assess training outcomes through feedback, testing, and performance analysis.
• Continuously refine training content and methods based on data and employee feedback; - Training Administration:
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and venue arrangements.
• Maintain employee training records and track progress; - Collaboration & Support:
• Partner with HR and managers to align training with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to employees to enhance their learning.
- Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in training or instructional design are a plus; - Experience:
• Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
• Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (LMS, Articulate, etc.) is an advantage; - Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability; - Personal Attributes:
