UDEA is looking for a highly qualified professional with at least 2 years of experience in academic operations or scheduling management within higher education for the position of Academic Affairs Manager on Scheduling.

Scheduling isn’t just about timetables—it’s about creating a seamless and efficient learning experience. In this role, you’ll optimize class schedules, resolve conflicts, and implement automation tools to ensure smooth academic operations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage class schedules
    Ensure 90% of classes end by 14:00, maintain a 95% scheduling accuracy rate, and finalize schedules at least two weeks before the semester starts.
  • Resolve scheduling issues
    Reduce conflicts by 80%, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and achieve a 95% satisfaction rate from faculty and students.
  • Optimize and automate scheduling
    Implement tools to reduce manual scheduling by 30%, ensure 90% of tasks follow standardized workflows, and improve efficiency scores.
  • Monitor and communicate schedule changes
    Notify stakeholders within 12 hours, maintain a zero missed notifications rate, and ensure 95% of updates are communicated through official channels.
  • Analyze and improve scheduling efficiency
    Submit 100% of required monthly reports on time, propose at least 3 improvements per quarter, and achieve a 5% increase in efficiency per semester.
  • Forecast and adapt to scheduling needs
    Work with department heads to anticipate future demand and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Execute additional tasks
    Complete 100% of assigned tasks within deadlines, maintaining a 90%+ accuracy rate based on supervisor evaluations.

  • A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • A scheduling expert with 2+ years of experience in academic operations.
  • A data-driven decision-maker who loves working with scheduling software & analytics.
  • A clear communicator fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek.

  • Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; 5/2;
