Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team, working from our office. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations , ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fleet Operations Management: Overseeing the daily operations оке.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
• Driver Support: Assisting drivers with any operational issues.
• Inspections & Compliance: Ensuring all trucks meet DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Accident & Incident Handling: Coordinating responses to breakdowns and accidents.
• Fuel & Expense Monitoring: Tracking fuel usage and operational expenses.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Russian (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager in the trucking or truck rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations.
• Experience in fleet maintenance, compliance, and driver coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 2 AM Tashkent Time, on-site in the office).
