• Verification of the scope of work for compliance with design and estimate documentation;

• Calculation of the volume and cost of construction and installation works and materials;

• Preparation and approval of technical documentation;

• Quality control and timing of work;

• Maintenance of as-built documentation and reporting;

• Interaction with the customer, contractors and related departments.

• Development of a set of as-built documentation for general construction works.

• Calculation of the scope of work.

• Development of design and estimate documentation.

• Ensuring successful documentation at all stages of construction.

• Providing various stages of preparation and implementation of construction (production) projects with production documentation.

• Inspection of construction (production) facilities to assess the quality of the work performed.

• Preparation and collection of documents for construction and communications.

• Interaction with supervisory organizations.

• Work with documents: act of work performed, list of defects, schedule of major and current repairs, work with drawings and diagrams, preparation of reporting documents and summaries.

• Assessment of the scope of work performed on the basis of current regulatory standards.

• Bachelor degree or higher in a technical field

• Experience of at least 5 years and Must speak English at least in C1 level

• Ability to work with project documentation.

• Project management from the beginning to the receipt of all documents.

• Know the technological processes of construction.

• Understand design documentation and construction mechanics.

• Knowledge of Autocad, MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
