Responsibilities:
- --Tracking the production process. Record process date;
--In charge the production line operation smoothly;
--Responsible for verifying and confirming the product quality when process parameters changed;
--Fill in, maintain and check the balance sheet of raw material consumption;
--Record the changes that occurred on the shift；
--Audit according to the audit plan，Rectify non-conforming items in time；
--Join in the trail run of new project and record the Raw material usage amount;
--Independently complete the trail run work of the SOP products after the mold change.
- Professional knowledge in the automotive industry.
Mold, machinery, polymer materials and other related majors;
Knowledge of Plastic blowing process is preferred - More than 3 years of experience, at least 1 years in plastic or auto parts manufacturing industry,
Have certain pressure resistance, actively communicate with the team to overcome obstacles and complete tasks - English (or Chinese), Russian language-
basic communication or above - Mechanical or engineering related certificates
