Job requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in education, HR, marketing, project management, business administration, or a related field.

  • Work experience: At least 3-5 years in education, professional development, HR, or program administration.

    Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, acting as a bridge between various departments and university partners to align efforts and ensure the successful execution of lifelong learning initiatives.

    Familiarity with curriculum development, instructional delivery, and lifelong learning principles, particularly for adult and non-traditional learners.

    Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of lifelong learning programs.

    Mandatory experience in sales and/or negotiations in Uzbek, Russian, and English, particularly in the education or training sector.

    Understanding learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools to enhance accessibility, flexibility, and engagement in lifelong learning programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Implementation: Assists in the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of lifelong learning programs, including certificates and micro-credentials, ensuring alignment with industry standards, university goals, and financial sustainability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Collaborates with faculty, increases industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations to co-develop innovative and high-quality learning opportunities tailored to the workforce and societal needs.
  • Learner Support & Success: Offers tailored guidance to lifelong learners on course selection, career paths, and professional development to improve their outcomes.
  • Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment Growth: Participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach, to attract and grow a broad and engaged audience while achieving key performance indicators set by the university management.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Organizes and facilitates short courses, workshops, networking sessions, and lifelong learning events to foster professional growth and industry connections.
  • Program Evaluation & Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collects, analyzes, and reports on program performance, learner feedback, and industry trends to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Assists in the coordination of enrollment processes, scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking, and other essential administrative functions to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Other Responsibilities: Performs additional tasks assigned by the Director to support lifelong learning initiatives and institutional goals.
