Senior Legal Specialist

An established US healthcare company with an international presence (Armenia, Uzbekistan) is seeking an experienced Legal Specialist. This role is crucial in navigating complex legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various issues for USA and international regions.
-Provide legal advice to company departments to ensure compliance with current legislation.
-Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
-Monitor and assess legal risks in projects, transactions, client relations and company documents.
-Prepare and submit applications, petitions, and official requests to government authorities.
-Handle the registration, re-registration, and corporate documentation of legal entities.
-Maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and external legal counsel.
-Stay updated with evolving international legal regulations and provide necessary updates to stakeholders.
-Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on contract status and legal matters.
- Prepare the company for legal proceedings when necessary and coordinate with external counsel.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
- Always safeguard and maintain oversight of company values, mission, standards, and regulations to protect against potential risks.
-Monitor internal employee onboarding and termination procedures.
-Control and review regularly client contracts and set up of services listed in the contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
-3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law (experience in international companies is highly desirable).
-Expertise in contract law, international business law, corporate law, and healthcare regulations.
-Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents of varying complexity.
-Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
-Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
-Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is a plus.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work in a multinational environment, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
-High stress resistance, multitasking ability, and a service-oriented approach.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
-Working language: English (spoken proficiency required; interviews will be conducted in English).
