Higher education in Human Resources, Law, or Economics.

At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Deep knowledge of the labor laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Proficiency in 1C: Payroll and HR Management and MS Office suite.
-
Attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Full-cycle HR administration in compliance with the labor laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Handling employee hiring, transfers, and terminations, including preparation of relevant orders and directives.

Maintaining and storing employee personal files, labor books, and other HR documentation.
-
Preparing reports for government authorities and internal company use.
-
Advising employees on labor law matters and internal HR procedures.
