Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s AI vision, driving initiatives that leverage AI and data to create business value.
• Align AI programs with the company’s digital transformation strategy, particularly in the telecommunications sector, focusing on customer experience, network optimization, and revenue generation.
• Build and manage high-performing AI/ML teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and Data Analysts.
• Lead cross-functional teams in complex AI-driven projects.
• Technical Expertise in AI/ML: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI (including Large Language Models).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring).
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI architectures tailored for telecom environments, including OSS/BSS integration, customer analytics, and network optimization use cases. Familiarity with AI development platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, KVKK) and AI ethics.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with various departments (Product, Marketing, Network, IT) to identify use cases, enhance customer experience, and create new revenue streams.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with C-level and D-level executives, partners, business units, and stakeholders. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
