Responsibilities:
- Responsible for equipment room, site survey, engineering design, arrival, commissioning, debugging, acceptance, and problem handling of related products.

Provides online technical support for related products.
Handles general maintenance problems of the Call-log.
Handles general Q-log quality problems.
- Accumulates experience and transfers knowledge.
- Interconnection with local customers, customer relationship maintenance, and customer satisfaction improvement.
- Proficient in using Office software;
- English communication skills;
- Be able to provide on-site customer-oriented operation and maintenance training;
- Be able to analyze the serviceability of a product under certain guidance, or be able to feed back the serviceability features of competitors' products and actively apply serviceability tools;
- Be able to collect fault information and handle simple faults under the guidance of others;
- Be able to independently complete equipment room and site on-duty observation, and provide system operation status data;
- Be able to configure basic data independently, and configure service interconnection data under guidance;
- At least 2 years of working experience in solar energy, power supply, battery equipment, and network management in equipment rooms and base stations.
