Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong analytical background and at least 4 years of experience, preferably within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Data Vault modeling and the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to drive informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Uzbek/Russian and possess good communication in English.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong experience in the banking domain with a solid understanding of financial data.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Vault modeling and its application in data warehousing.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and presenting insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in data warehouses or data lakes.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and data security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
• Work closely with data engineers to design and implement Data Vault-based data models for data warehousing.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality while adhering to data governance standards.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to support analysis and reporting.
• Assist in creating documentation, guidelines, and best practices for data analysis and reporting.

Location:

• Hybrid (Tashkent). You may travel from time to time and work on customer side in Tashkent.

Work time:

• Monday - Friday, 8 hours (from 9:00 - 18:00 Tashkent time, can be flexible +/- 1 hours)
