Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages is MANDATORY!

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Actively search for recruitment orders, including identifying and understanding client requirements for candidate profiles and job descriptions.
2. Assist clients in completing application forms and provide professional guidance to ensure accurate and comprehensive candidate information for efficient selection processes.
3. Establish consulting agreements with clients regarding recruitment services.
4. Utilize various sources, such as internal databases, labor market information, media platforms, and online resources, to search and identify potential candidates for vacant positions.
5. Conduct psychological and professional evaluations of candidates based on predetermined criteria.
6. Inform candidates about the nature of the job, working conditions, qualifications, and benefits associated with the client's organization.
7. Provide clients with comprehensive candidate resumes, including biographical and qualification details.
8. Coordinate meetings between clients and selected candidates, and facilitate necessary information management processes.
9. Ensure the efficient and secure storage, retrieval, and usage of candidate information from databases.
