What makes the role special
To become a Marketing Pioneer at Group-IB Central Asia, establishing everything from Zero to Hero
Tasks to solve
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy (including partner marketing activities) within Central Asia
  • Lead projects for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns; monitor and improve them regularly.
  • Organize and own the events calendar for the year (3rd party, co-marketing events at all stages from planning to execution)
  • Be fully responsible for the regional budget planning and execution, constantly monitoring and adjusting it accordingly.
  • Collaborate extensively with regional Sales teams to get their insights and implement them in the regional marketing strategy (preferable) organization of PR activities (interviews, distribution of press releases, planning campaigns)
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech/IT field or B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, SaaS experience
  • Experience in events management, paid ads, partner marketing
  • Growth mindset - enthusiasm for challenges and work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Objectivity and openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit
  • Russian fluent (required), English - Upper Intermediate (preferable)
  • Experience working with media agencies in the region
