We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to join our exciting startup project—a rapidly evolving Taxi Application. Our team is growing, and we are looking for someone passionate about digital innovation, enhancing user experiences, and driving product excellence within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Own the documentation of the project, analyze the current state of the nearly completed application, and propose enhancements.
- Introduce and integrate new functionalities into the product.
- Take ownership of the admin panel, mobile application, and website, ensuring consistent quality and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Identify user needs through continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Develop clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, adjusting strategies based on feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure alignment of product development with strategic business objectives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience(2-3+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably within digital products, logistics, or transportation industries.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Familiarity with modern digital product management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
