Key Responsibilities:
Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition processes to ensure the presence of skilled and competent employees.

Hire, conduct interviews, and assist in the recruitment of qualified candidates for open positions.

Ensure compliance of all employee records with labor laws, as well as company standards, policies, and procedures.

Register vacation balances, vacation orders, sick leave, and unpaid leave, as well as other documentation related to employee absences.

Administer benefits programs, including health benefits and leave management.

Address and process employee complaints, as well as oversee employee engagement programs and help maintain a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Provide support in payroll processing and accuracy of timekeeping.

Oversee the visa application process for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and the work authorization process.

Serve as a single point of contact for all employees within the designated business division or function.

Keep up-to-date with trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources management, talent management, and employment law.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

Good knowledges of labor laws (in new edition) and HR best practices.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Knowledges of HR software (1C, SAP, Mexnat.uz) are preferred.

Knowledge of English is REQUIRED
