IT Project Manager

1. Core Knowledge and Skills:
- Project Management Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Technical Awareness: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development life cycles (SDLC), and basic API concepts.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion or Monday.com.

2. Experience:
- Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in IT-related projects.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Client Interaction: Experience in communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.

3. Soft Skills:
- Communication: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide team members to meet project goals.
