Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the MC purchasing process, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Develop and refine sales scripts and strategies to optimize performance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Control and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth operations.
• Implement new sales techniques, test different approaches, and track results.
• Provide reports and insights on sales performance and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
✅ 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in a leadership role).
✅ Experience in U.S. logistics.
✅ Fluent in English (C1) and Russian (both spoken and written).
✅ Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
✅ A proactive mindset with the ability to experiment with new sales approaches.
