Main responsibilities:
Development and implementation of training programs:
Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of employees at various levels.
Conduct exciting and interactive trainings, workshops, and webinars on various topics such as product knowledge, software skills, technical skills, and company policy.
Assess your learning needs:
Conduct a needs assessment and identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training priorities and goals.
Create educational materials:
Develop and update training materials, manuals, work guides, and e-learning modules.
Make sure that all training materials are relevant and meet the goals of the organization.
Implementation support:
Participate in the process of adapting new employees, ensuring that they are fully familiar with the corporate culture, policies and professional training.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training.:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance evaluation.
Constantly improve the training content and methods based on feedback and changing business needs.
Training administration:
Coordinate the logistics of the trainings, including planning, registration of participants and organization of the venue.
Keep records of employee training and certifications.
Cooperation and support:
Work closely with managers, HR, and other departments to ensure that training is aligned with the organization's goals and supports employee development.
Provide instruction and support to employees to enhance their learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, business, education or a related field. Relevant certificates in the field of professional training or curriculum development are a plus.
Experience:
Proven work experience as a training specialist or in a similar position.
Experience in developing and conducting both face-to-face and virtual training programs.
Familiarization with e-learning platforms and tools (for example, LMS, Articulate or similar software).
