We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand.
What will be your tasks:
- Develop and implement a customer service system from scratch;
- Manage the order processing workflow (Order Management);
- Receive and process customer orders (distributors, construction companies, retail points, etc.);
- Allocate orders based on stock availability and logistics capabilities;
- Coordinate between sales, production, and logistics departments;
- Monitor order fulfillment, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines;
- Calculate and analyze delivery time and transportation costs.
Customer communication:
- Gather customer feedback on product quality and service levels;
- Handle complaints and resolve delivery-related issues;
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Process optimization and analysis:
- Maintain order tracking reports, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction records;
- Identify opportunities for improving order processing and logistics efficiency;
- Optimize inventory levels and coordinate with production planning.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics;
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution company is a plus;
- Understanding of supply chain management, order processing, customer service, and logistics;
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems ( 1C);
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Resilience and stress resistance.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or economics;
- Structured thinking and agility.
