Senior QA Tester

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Software Tester who is an Uzbek citizen, possess fluency in English and either Uzbek or Russian, and has a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software testing. Having experience in automation testing, fintech and banking would be advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure the quality of software applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and address defects and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, reports, and recommendations regarding testing activities and results.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be citizen of Uzbekistan.
• Possess good communication in English.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing test cases, scripts, and test plans.
• Experience with testing mobile applications, and client-server systems.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools would be advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems (DBMS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.​​​

• Hybrid. You may travel from time to time and work on customer side in Tashkent.

Work time:

• Monday - Friday, 8 hours (from 9:00 - 18:00 Tashkent time, can be flexible +/- 1 hours)
