About the Company

An international energy drink manufacturing company with its headquarters in Turkey and a representative office in Russia. The primary representative is an English-speaking Turkish citizen.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

Currently, the company has:

  • Signed contracts with leading manufacturers.
  • Planned the opening of an office in the Tashkent City business center.
  • Been assembling a professional team to implement its growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting Uzbekistan.

1. Brand Development and Management:

  • Establish the company’s products as a strong consumer-focused brand.
  • Design and execute short-, mid-, and long-term programs to build brand credibility, awareness, and relevance.
  • Offer personal experiences to consumers and ensure the brand remains modern and appealing.

2. Event Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies for organizing events aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing promotions and distribute coolers to potential customers, managing repairs and returns.

3. Cultural Marketing Initiatives:

  • Drive regional marketing initiatives focused on music, sports, dance, fashion, film, and social innovation through events, artists, and influencers.

4. Marketing Management:

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to assess market requirements for current and future products. o Analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor information.

5. Strategy and Budgeting:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. o Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and results.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget.

6. Media and Agency Collaboration:

  • Liaise with media and advertising agencies.
  • Arrange for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • A higher degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in trade marketing for at least 3+ years (preferable fields: FMCG).
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills:
    Expertise in business plan preparation and market research.
    Event planning and organization capabilities.
    Comprehensive knowledge of the FMCG market and distributors in Uzbekistan.
    Familiarity with advertising agencies and contract negotiation.

  • Languages: Fluent Russian, аdvanced English (writing, reading, speaking).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: 5 days a week, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (in accordance with Uzbekistan law).

  • Probation Period: 3 months.

  • Business Trips: Yes (frequency to be determined).

  • Social Package: Health insurance and official employment.

  • Workplace: Fully equipped office.
