Role Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our online presence, manage our paid advertising campaigns, and grow our brand visibility. This role will be responsible for running and optimizing LinkedIn and Instagram ad campaigns, with the help of AI tools publishing content on industry platforms like Clutch, writing compelling blog posts, and managing our social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and capable of executing marketing strategies that drive leads and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  • Monitor ad performance and continuously optimize for better conversion rates and lower costs.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Work with the CEO to develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to establish Evertech as a leader in staff augmentation and offshore engineering.

  • Write and publish blog posts on our website using AI tools, focusing on industry insights, case studies, and thought leadership.

  • Work with the CEO to create engaging LinkedIn posts to drive engagement and reach.

  • Manage and grow our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Reputation & SEO Management

  • Post and manage our profile on platforms like Clutch, ensuring we collect and showcase positive client reviews.

  • Optimize our content for SEO to drive organic traffic and inbound leads.

  • Identify relevant industry websites and directories where Evertech should have a presence.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

  • Use insights to continuously refine strategy and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (with a focus on B2B tech or service-based businesses would be ideal).

  • English is a must

  • Proven experience running Instagram and/or LinkedIn ads.

  • Strong writing skills with experience in content marketing and social media management. Obviously with the use of AI tools, but in a smart way

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices. Experience reputation management platforms like Clutch would be beneficial.

  • Ability to use AI & Automation tools, CRMs such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Hubspot, Apollo.

  • Ability to work independently, execute campaigns, and track performance.

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEM Rush etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international companies would be great.

  • Familiarity with other paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) for simple visual content creation.
