Frontline is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of After Hours Support!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from drivers and clients regarding logistics, route changes, and operational issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cargo, equipment, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with on-call dispatchers and management to facilitate timely solutions.
- Monitor and update tracking systems to provide real-time information to drivers and customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during after-hours operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with drivers and clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a US trucking company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in both Russian and English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
