Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving our company’s success by bringing in new customers and helping them discover the best trucking education available.

Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most relevant courses and services.

Present and demonstrate our courses with confidence and enthusiasm.

Negotiate and close deals to exceed sales targets and boost your earnings.

Keep track of your interactions in our CRM system to manage leads effectively.

Deliver top-notch customer service before, during, and after the sale to build trust and long-term relationships.

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious, and persuasive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

✔️ Languages: You MUST be fluent in English, Uzbek, and Russian to communicate with a wide range of customers.

✔️ Education: Secondary or higher education is required.

✔️ Experience: At least 6 months in sales, preferably in B2C (business-to-consumer).

✔️ Skills You Need:

✅ Strong communication and negotiation abilities—confidence is key!

✅ Ability to build trust and understand customer needs.

✅ Time management & organizational skills to stay ahead of targets.

✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!).
