Responsibilities:
- Entrance of contracts to EISVO (Единная информационная система внештеторговых операций)
- Inbound process (steps 1-4) for all import supplies
- E-mail correspondence with concentrate plants, transportation companies
- Checking import documents prior to shipment and control their correct preparation and submittance
- Internal import export tracking tool and reporting daily on import materials arrived, to arrive and being loaded.
- Tracking time spent for customs clearance, and report wherever there is a delay.
- Higher professional education in Logistics, Economics or related
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- SAP knowledge
- Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI)
- Confident, self motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process improvement skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal is a prequisite
- Good command of Russian, both written and verbal is a perquisite
