The Industrial Lubricants B2B Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share for industrial lubricants. This role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with clients to provide tailored lubrication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and energy.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client management.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

- Customer Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

-Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client requirements.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service needs.

Product Knowledge & Technical Support:

- Stay updated on industrial lubricant products, their applications, and performance benefits.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.

- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized lubrication solutions.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

-Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

-Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial lubricants, chemicals, or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of lubrication products and their applications in various industries.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B sales within the industrial sector.

- Technical background in lubrication engineering or mechanical engineering.

Familiarity with major lubricant brands and industry regulations.
