Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide expert guidance on products to meet customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Product Maintenance:
- Ensure all items are clean, presentable, and well-organized on shelves.
- Regularly check stock levels and notify management of low inventory.
- Shop Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist in arranging displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Sales Management:
- Process sales efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with enthusiasm and determination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Specially in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
