Central Asian University is looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Digital/SMM Manager to lead our digital marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through innovative digital campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content (posts, stories, Reels, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce engaging content.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, social media managers, and content creators.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, product, customer support) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social media insights.
- Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).
- Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Experiment with new platforms, formats, and technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in digital marketing with a focus on social media and advertising.
- Proven cases of successful promotion on Instagram and Telegram (portfolio or publications).
- Practical experience managing advertising campaigns with budgets from $5,000+.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Preferably, experience in teams/agencies or with B2C brands (consumer markets).
Hard Skills
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Soft Skills

Candidate Assessment:
Technical Task: Develop a 3-month digital marketing strategy for a specific product or campaign.
