We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Intern to join our sales team and support the revenue growth of our firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong proactive skills, an understanding of the automotive industry, and international trade. As an intern, you will support the Sales manager in ensuring exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales goals, implement sales strategies.
This is a great opportunity to learn how to be responsible for building a strong client base, use marketing tools to promote the company information, its content and the actual stock lists. Knowledge of English and Russian for this role is a must. IELTS score of 6-7 level is required for this role. Knowledge of Japanese or an additional EU language is an advantage.
This role is for graduates of the year 2025. Internship period is 3 months. At the end of internship, there is a great opportunity for a successful intern to become a Sales Manager at Japan Motor Co. Internship is not paid.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Support a high standard of customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive buying experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Strategy: Assist in development and implementation of effective sales strategies, promotions, and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring an adequate selection of vehicles to meet customer demand while optimizing turnover and minimizing carrying costs.

Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports to management.

Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals to leverage opportunities for collaboration and business growth.

Training and Development: Enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Marketing: Promote and advertise the firm and current inventory using marketing instruments and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Internal Tools).

Qualifications:

Final University year majoring in marketing, business or a related field (preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in sales is a plus.

Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and pricing is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, competitive environment and under pressure.

Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), Google Sheets and Google tools.
