Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Management of employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Able to co-ordinate with various ministry for work visa/ visit visa for foreigners
- Knowledge of Labor Law & Labor Court for Local & Expat
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Bachelor's in human resources or equivalent Degree
- 3+ years' experience in the area of Human Resource Management

- Knowledge of Labor Regulations and Laws
- Knowledge of HR policies and its guidelines
- Able to communicate in English (advanced)
- Russian & Uzbek languages are must
