Production Allocation Specialist

Position Overview:

Condor Energies Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Allocation Specialist to join our team in Tashkent. This role is integral to the establishment and operation of a hydrocarbon accounting and allocation system for our gas and gas-condensate assets in the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydrocarbon accounting, production allocation, and project management, with a focus on ensuring accurate and efficient reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust hydrocarbon accounting and allocation system for gas, gas-condensate and water production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret production data from various sources.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding hydrocarbon accounting and reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile production volumes, ensuring accuracy in allocation to various stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations on production performance, allocation metrics, and discrepancies for management review.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the production allocation processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Provide support to operational teams for field data capture, assist with prioritization of well testing and metering repair.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production allocation and hydrocarbon accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
• Familiarity with hydrocarbon measurement and allocation principles, as well as relevant software tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms (Spotfire, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and a proven track record of their use for business intelligence and dashboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in both English and Uzbek, with knowledge of Russian being an advantage.
