The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive General Administrative & Research Assistant to support various business functions at Evertech Solutions. This role will involve assisting with research, compiling and enriching contact lists, handling small marketing and sales-related tasks, managing HR paperwork, and helping with office logistics.
Responsibilities

Research and gather information on specific companies and industries.

Compile lists of companies and key decision-makers for outreach efforts.

Use tools like Apollo to enrich contact lists with verified data.

Assist with small marketing-related tasks, including research and coordination.

Support sales efforts with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.

Handle paperwork related to HR processes and employee documentation.

Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital documents.

Order necessary office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
Requirements

Strong research and data organization skills.

Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo (preferred but not required).

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and basic Excel functions.

We would prefer you to work in-office 3 days a week at least with the rest of the days working remotely. Overall the schedule will depend on the specific projects you're working on, but overall we're open to hybrid schedule.
