Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities;
- Develop and expand the client base;
- Create and implement growth and sales strategies;
- Prepare and present commercial proposals;
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.;
- Proficiency in Russian, English, and Uzbek;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role;
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or negotiations (preferred).
