About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Call Operator (Lead Pre - Qualifying Specialist)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods;
- Qualify leads from paid/free websites, LinkedIn, Indeed and internal databases;
- Assess leads through, calls, emails or social media to ensure alignment with target profiles (e.g trucking companies, fleet owners);
- Build rapport to warm up leads for senior sales agents;
- Maintain lead records in the CRM and track progress;
- Reporting on sales activities, results, and forecasts to sales manager or senior management.
Requirements:
- Interest in sales and customer communication; prior experience is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Rapport - building and lead nurturing expertise;
- Problem- solving and objection – handling skills.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but can be a student;
- Advanced English and Russian;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Good organizational and time management skills.
