About the Role

We’re looking for a superstar recruiter - ideally with experience, but more importantly, someone who’s a quick learner, naturally curious about tech, AI, startups, and building high-performing teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, bring fresh ideas, and love learning from top industry pros, you’ll fit right in.

Your day-to-day will involve sourcing top talent on LinkedIn, HeadHunter, and other platforms, while leveraging our advanced ATS and tools like Notion, HubSpot, JIRA, Google Drive, and more to keep things organized. For now, you’ll also handle some HR tasks—managing employee agreements, registering hires in the Mehnat system, and coordinating payroll with our accountant. As we scale, we’ll bring in a dedicated HR lead, but for now, you’ll wear multiple hats and play a key role in shaping our team.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and placing top software engineers, DevOps experts, and AI specialists.
  • Understanding both client needs and candidate aspirations to create perfect tech matches.
  • Keeping a steady pool of high-quality candidates ready for placement.
  • From sourcing to onboarding, you make hiring seamless.
  • Constantly iterating on sourcing strategies to keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Onboarding, preparing employee agreements to sign (we already have the templates), registering employees in Mehnat (this part will be done during the first 3-4 months, until we hire a dedicated HR person)

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • A sharp eye for top engineering talent and the ability to assess both technical skills and culture fit.
  • A data-driven mindset with a knack for using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must) – you know how to sell a role and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience working with global tech talent (bonus points if you’ve recruited in emerging markets!).
  • Passion for startups, technology, and building high-performing teams.

  • Base salary of 13 000 000 UZS + a lucrative commission structure (260k UZS per filled role).
