General Manager of sales – UzAuto Motors JSC

Requirements:

Experience:

  • minimum 10 years experience in automotive/vehicle sales industry (worldwide), and of which 5 years direct experience in sales operation;
  • direct experience with similar projects in CIS countries, particularly in emerging markets;
  • minimum 10 years of in sales, including dealer network development, sales operations management, market development strategies;
  • experience in standartisation and localization processes (experience in GM preferable);
  • proven track record of successful dealer network development and sales performance improvements achieved in previous projects;
  • experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, 1C, SAP, etc.);
  • proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and business analytics tools (Qlik sense, BI-analytics).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sales related field.

Language:

  • English (Uzbek and Russian languages are preferred).

Skills:

  • developing and implementing sales strategies in the automobile industry;
  • experience working with dealers and corporate clients;
  • strong negotiation and client relationship management skills;
  • setting sales targets and objectives;
  • team leadership and motivation;
  • market analysis and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • developing and executing sales strategies and operation management;
  • attracting new clients and improving relationships with existing ones;
  • increasing sales volumes and optimizing company revenues;
  • managing and motivating, teaching the sales team to enhance performance;
  • conducting market and competitor analysis.
