Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our outsourced team, working from our office. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards while managing a 20-truck operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hiring & Onboarding: Recruiting and onboarding qualified drivers.
• IFTA Compliance: Managing International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) reporting.
• Inspections & Compliance: Ensuring all trucks meet DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Driver Monitoring: Tracking driver behavior, logs, and violations.
• Accident & Violation Handling: Investigating incidents and implementing preventive measures.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Russian (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager in the trucking or truck rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations.
• Experience in hiring drivers, handling IFTA, and managing inspections.
• Ability to manage a 20-truck operation efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 2 AM Tashkent Time, on-site in the office).
