Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Backend Developer to build scalable, high-performance systems that power innovative startup products. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance APIs and backend systems.

• Work with databases and optimize data structures for scalability.

• Ensure security best practices and data protection strategies.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and services.

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

✅ What We Expect from You

• Work U.S. hours – availability during core U.S. business hours is required.

• Strong Python or Node.js skills – experience with FastAPI, Express, or Django.

• Experience with relational & NoSQL databases – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j.

• Cloud experience – familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, or similar platforms.

• Ability to write scalable and maintainable code – clean architecture principles.

• Problem-solving mindset – ability to think through complex backend challenges.

• High-level English proficiency (is must) – excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) are required for collaboration.
